Jamie designed the interiors for this prototype of a new very affordable LEED platinum certified prefab house called the C6 by LivingHomes. It is a 3 bed/2bath 1,232 square foot house and the base price is $179,000 which includes everything (cabinetry, appliances, cabinetry, plumbing fixtures, etc) except the furnishings which is an amazing price point for something of this quality and simple clean design.

Jamie was brought on to select all of the finish materials and color palette as well as furnishing the entire house for its debut at the Palm Springs Modernism Show.
The house sold before the show opened and was dismantled and reinstalled on a permanent site for the new owners just outside of Los Angeles.
